Let's catch up.

I am so behind on blogging, Our sweet little McKinlee turned 4 in October and right after we celebrated Halloween. Since then life has gotten a whole lot busier. I know I've said this about all my girls but, there's something about McKinlee that is just oh so sweet. Or at least she's sweet to me. I can't believe she's already 4.
Soon she'll be off to school and I'll just have Monroe. Times I do look forward to but seem scary at the same time. We celebrated her birthday with some girl friends and had a mermaid party. It turned out so cute. I think she's fine if she just has friends around. She often tells me that she wants to go to daycare school (daycare).
Little does she know she still has all of next year with me.She played soccer for the first time with the ymca out here. Oh my goodness when she wasn't wearing her tutu to practice she was dancing and holding hands with her friend Camille on the field. Also she just finished her first Singers Company recital. My kid can sing! Seriously though she was so good. They had 3 performances and the biggest one was at the downtown Round Round tree lighting. Which had maybe a 1000 ppl. My kid stood front and center and pored out her heart. She gets it from her dads side. I'm so proud of her.

Sisters Make The Best Of Friends!

These two are seriously the cutest! McKinlee takes great care of her little sister. When Madasin goes to school its time to play. Monroe just followers her around like a lost puppy. McKinlee will tell me what a great big sister she is i can tell she takes great pride in the role.

This photo got a lot of positive reaction at the soccer field. This girl will rock her tut anywhere.

Lets just say I Am BLESSED!

It's Great To Be 8!

We are so proud of Madasin and the good choice that she has made to be baptized  Some of our families were able to make it out to TX and spend this special day with us. We are so thankful for our friends that came to support our family on this special day. And a huge thank you to my dear friend Jenny Polson for taking these Beautiful pictures old Madasin. Usually we would have had a luncheon after but we choose to do it TX style and hit up Ruby's BBQ! Madasin loves that place. I am so impressed at the young women she is becoming and so blessed to be her mom.

Happy 8th Birthday!
It's obvious the theme of this party was hot pink and zebra. We played pin the tail on the zebra, made zebra bows, put mud masks on. Ate way too much candy and woke up to round rock donuts. Id say it was a smashing hit. I cant believe she is 8 next it will be 16! Seriously why do they grow up so fast? We love having Madasin in our family.

Florida

In August My little brother Adam got Married! Woo Hoo, we had a blast at his wedding in Florida. It was right on the beach it was a perfect day. Since the 2 days before that it was storming. It was so good to see my family and have someone for my girls to play with. We are so excited that Nicole is now apart of our family. Congratulations Adam and Nicole!

First Hair Cut!

That's right McKinlee is almost 4 and she just got her first hair cut. I have no idea why it has takin this long. I loved her long hair with all those baby curls. But it was time to go. And I'm so thrilled with how it turned out.

Austin's Ice Cream Festival

We LOVE Austin for so many reasons. There is just so much to do here, and most everything is centered around family. Justin's company set up a booth at the festival this year. So we went along to play. I would have had  it  inside it was only a 100 that day. No biggie. This year they gave out free ice cream! Amy's Ice Cream to be exact.
And Amy's Ice Cream is a local Austin favorite. By far the best I've ever had. Besides the Ice Cream we rode rides, ate delicious over sized food. Feed the animals, played games won some sweet prizes.  We really had a great day.
Since moving to TX, our family has grown so much closer. And we enjoy doing things together. We are so blessed.
